3. I attended this program in the very beginning, and I am so glad that it is still going on. I remember that I didn’t want it to end and that I could just go on doing it forever, except for the reality of my “real” life. I got a lot out of it and at times I still go back to the material and mess around with it just for fun. As I was always an artist, this program helps to forget about “making art” and just be in the creative playful moment without any control. It was helpful when I changed medium to work with monotypes after a health crisis. I also used it with my own student years later, when I taught my art classes of different ages. It has had a continuing effect on my life and work.
